Employee Spotlight: Courtney Pellett

When you place an order with NEMB, rest assured that it will be closely monitored – from start to finish – by Courtney Pellett. Courtney is NEMB’s Sales Manager, an in-house advocate who ensures that your order is correct and on-time. Most calls to NEMB regarding orders, inquiries, job status, delivery schedules, complaints, etc. will be routed to her phone.

As Sales Manager, Courtney is the liaison between the customer and the manufacturing team, coordinating materials, specifications and schedules. Any customer questions or concerns are mediated by her – she is there to do whatever is necessary to keep the customer happy. “You can’t bite the hand that feeds you,” Courtney believes.

Monitoring an order from start to finish comes naturally to Courtney, as she has held the position of QC Manager. In fact, almost 5 years ago she was hired by NEMB as our final inspection supervisor, so her extensive knowledge of workflow, quality control and finished product standards has evolved from the ground up.

Prior to joining NEMB in January, 2004, Courtney graduated from the UCONN school of business and worked for a cable advertising company.

Courtney and her husband, Richard, welcomed their daughter Haley in May 2008. In her limited free time, Courtney enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as trying to squeeze in a round of golf with her husband when the weather is nice.
